We manufacture tanks having capacity in range of 50 liters to 150,000 liters. It can be manufactured in different specifications as follows:

• Single, double or triple wall tank.
• Triple wall tank with limpet, dimple, helical or plain jacket.
• Surface finish from 120 grits to 400 grits.
• High speed or low speed agitators.
• Material of construction SS 304 /316/304L/316L.
• Suitable for indoor or outdoor installation.
• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) includes Leak Test, Hydraulic Pressure Test, Vacuum Test, Heat Treatment and Proof Load Test. Finishing techniques include bead and shot blasting, polishing, painting, pickling and passivating, and products can be glass or rubber lined.

Pressurized and non- pressurized tanks or vacuum vessels are utilized to process products according to customer specifications. The client carries hereby the responsibility for the process engineering and for the operational conditions and sequences.

The technical implementation takes place by the external and internal installation of components such as mixing units, heating or cooling, in combination with biological and chemical operational sequences.

• Cooling duty of 16°C to 0°C in 24-36 hours
• Embossed type cooling jackets ensures high heat transfer coefficients, parallel brine flow, lower pressure drops and low glycol holdup   
• Pulse TIG welding technique for less heat input and hence less distortion
• Spot radiography of all weld joints
• Full radiography of weld joints covered by the jacket and dished end
