Our pipeline products are suitable for any application where very high standards are required to ensure superlative quality. Satyam pipelines are used on- and offshore in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, paper, food, nuclear power, sub-sea, cryogenic, and bio technology industries, and are fully welded with either manual or automated welding processes. We are happy to supply one-off products or batches, according to your specific needs. All of our piping systems are hygienic and our expert team of designers, welders and craftsmen have specialist knowledge of stainless steel and high alloys resistant to corrosion and high temperatures. We make sure that we select the appropriate material in order to avoid chemical interactions with your processes and also provide insulation and instrumentation services.
Post welding, our pipelines are fully inspected and tested via a range of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) processes including Leak Test, Hydraulic Pressure Test and Vacuum Test. Finishing techniques include bead and shot blasting, polishing, painting, pickling and passivating, as well as being glass or rubber lined.
